 Mike Carr has been a member at Rumney Chapel for over twenty one years. Since 2003 he has been working as the full time Church Pastor, prior to this he was working in the life insurance business. Mike has been a Christian for forty years and is married to Marilyn, they have two grown up children and three grandchildren, all of whom keep them both busy and out of mischief. Mike’s heart’s desire is to see the local church grow in numbers, grace and the knowledge of God.
 Paul Short is a member of Rumney Chapel along with his wife Claire and their two teenage daughters, Becky and Libby. Paul is a local Rumneyite and has been attending the Chapel since he was two! Paul has taken on various roles during his many years at the Chapel including Sunday School teacher and youth leader. He is now part of the leadership team, supporting the worship group and helping at Kidzclub and Rumney Youth Club.
 Matthew Carr is the Kidz Klub Sunday co-ordinator at Rumney Chapel.He has been married to Penny for nearly 5 years and has a beautiful daughter. He and his family live in the heart of Rumney Village. Matthew works full time in the Medical Diagnostics Industry and has recently become a member of the leadership team here at Rumney. He is also involved in helping to run the Kidz Klub on Friday.
 Mike Thomas is the Outreach & Community worker at Rumney Chapel. A father of two (almost three!) brilliant children and husband to a very understanding wife, Mike went into full time ministry in 2004 and lives in Rumney. Prior to being in ministry Mike had been involved in church life as a volunteer for many years whilst working in the insurance and banking. Today Mike is most likely to be seen in schools or churches taking RE lessons, school assemblies and running Kidz Clubs or working with groups of young people running youth clubs, discipleship training or seeker courses.
